Originating from the strict diets of bodybuilders and figure competitors, CoachingInTheKitchen has evolved into a lifestyle service ever changing method of controlling what and how much food clients consume. We are NOT nutritionists or dietitians, but are certified Health Coaches trained in whole food diets and consumption. We are Professional Trainers & Health Coaches who compete or simply enjoy this way of life and have found a way to share their knowledge of healthier lifestyles and diets with those who desire to take charge of their own lives by doing the same.

At CoachingInTheKitchen we use the same basic formulas bodybuilders use to determine their own Basal Metabolic Rates (simply the calories you need to maintain your current lean muscle mass). From there we determine your specific goals for your gender and body style classified by brackets, super dieter-dieter-maintenance. So if your trying to loose weight, gain weight, lean out, need meal prep for competing or just want to live a healthy lifestyle with whole foods, we have you covered. Each of the meals in these brackets fall into a specific caloric range. We then supply you with the one most suited for your goals and deliver them to you prepared fresh daily. We use clean cooking techniques and fresh ingredients. Lean cuts of meat and fish, heart healthy oils, whole grains and brown rice. Good healthier choices that leave all the guess workout for you as a consumer.
for coating the aluminum foil
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1/2 cup red miso paste
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons peeled and grated fresh ginger (from about a 2-inch piece)
- 1 salmon side (about 3 1/2 pounds), skin on and pin bones removed
- 2 medium scallions, thinly sliced (white and light green parts only)
- 2 teaspoons white sesame seeds, toasted
Sweet Potato Hash with Fresh Herbs & Onions
- 3 Large Sweet Potatoes (Peeled or skin on and Cubed)
- 3 Yellow Peppers sliced
- 3 Red Peppers sliced
- 1 Medium Scallion both (use green portion of onion)
- 1 Sprig of Fresh thyme
- 1 tsp Himalayan Pink salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp Cracked Pepper to taste
Orange Crepes With Bannana
- 1/3 cup whole milk (Or Almond/Coconut Milk)
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg (Or Egg whites)
- 2 teaspoons sugar (Or Sugar Substitute)
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly, plus additional for cooking craapes
2. For topping
- 1 navel orange
- 1 firm-ripe finger banana or 1 (4-inch) piece firm-ripe regular banana
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons sugar (Or Sugar Substitute)
